electronic_store is a independent experimental music project based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
It was created by a comparative linguist and an architect that have been friends since childhood.
Our music is born from the sharp beats of electronic dance music, the swagger of folk, and the improvisational sample-based compositions of hip-hop.
Taking punk’s DIY ethos, we record, arrange, and mix all of our music ourselves. We release our art through experimental means, to make our music accessible to the local community and be independent from media and distribution companies. You’ll often catch us playing in public places like Dolores Park or the U.C. Berkeley campus – come say hi.
